SiC does not melt at one atmosphere. β-Ga₂O₃ does, at ~1,820 °C. Closed ampoule, oxygen partial pressure, VGF — not Czochralski. Microgravity removes convection. It does not settle inclusions. First-article cost looks like a loss. That is R&D. The replicate plus the license is the company. Kill it if the gates fail.
